TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Around Marrakech Tours, including tours, excursions, transportation, and any other related services (hereafter “the Company”).
By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.


2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Booking Process

Reservations can be made via our website, email, WhatsApp, or in person.
A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from the Company.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
  • Remaining balances can be paid in cash (MAD/EUR/USD) or by other available methods as stated on our website.
  • Prices are listed per person or per group unless stated otherwise.

2.3 Currency & Fees

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
Any bank or transfer fees must be covered by the client.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Client Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund of deposit.
  • Less than 48 hours: The deposit may be non-refundable.
  • No-show on the day of the tour: No refund.

3.2 Company Cancellations

The Company reserves the right to cancel a tour due to:

  • weather conditions,
  • safety reasons,
  • insufficient bookings,
  • unforeseen circumstances.

In this case, you will receive a full refund or can reschedule your tour.


4. Modifications

Any change requested by the client (date, itinerary, number of participants…) is subject to availability.
The Company may modify an itinerary for safety, weather, or operational reasons.
Whenever possible, clients will be informed in advance.


5. Responsibilities of the Client

By booking a tour, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate personal information.
  • Follow safety instructions given by the guide or driver.
  • Behave respectfully toward staff, other clients, and local communities.
  • Ensure they are physically able to participate in the tour.
  • Inform the Company of any health conditions that may affect participation.

The Company will not be responsible for injuries or issues resulting from failure to follow instructions.


6. Liability

6.1 Travel Risks

Clients participate in tours at their own risk. Activities such as desert tours, hiking, camel rides, quad biking, or travel in rural areas may involve inherent risks.

6.2 Personal Belongings

The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during the tour.

6.3 External Services

The Company may work with partner hotels, restaurants, transport companies, or activity providers.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party partners.


7. Insurance

Clients are responsible for holding valid personal travel insurance covering:

  • medical care,
  • accidents,
  • personal belongings,
  • cancellations.

The Company does not provide personal insurance.


8. Transportation

All transportation provided complies with Moroccan safety regulations.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
Children must be placed in appropriate child seats if required.


9. Complaints

Any complaint must be communicated to the guide or driver immediately so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Formal complaints must be sent in writing within 7 days after the end of the tour.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, photos, logos, itineraries) is the property of the Company.
It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.


11. Privacy & Data Protection

The Company collects only the information necessary to process your booking (name, email, phone number, etc.).
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except when required to provide your service (hotels, drivers…).

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute shall be settled by the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
